Welcome to GoldVedic Naturale. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products

GoldVedic Naturale sells premium Ayurvedic skincare products including soaps, face wash, and other skincare essentials. All products are made with natural ingredients.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
  • In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS.
  • We ship across India. Delivery times may vary based on your location (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control.

5. No Refund & No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • Due to the nature of our products (skincare and personal hygiene), we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.
  • We strongly recommend reading the product description, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing an order.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

By placing an order on GoldVedic Naturale, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund and no-return policy.

6. Account & Authentication

  • To place orders, you must register using a valid Indian phone number.
  • Authentication is done through OTP (One-Time Password) verification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
  • Email address is optional and not required for registration or login.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of GoldVedic Naturale and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GoldVedic Naturale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our products are for external use only. Please perform a patch test before using any new skincare product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
  • Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
